Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report outlining the issues and recommended solutions to restore your device’s optimal functionality while helping to avoid costly replacements down the line. Please note, the $20 fee covers diagnostics only; repair services are offered separately based on the findings. We prioritize quick turnaround times, ensuring you get your device back promptly so you can resume work or leisure without unnecessary interruption. Cancellation Policy
Eco-Tech now requires upfront payment to secure bookings due to increased no-shows, which disrupt operations by preventing the allocation of dedicated service time. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $20 cancellation fee and assist us in managing our schedule efficiently.
