Eco-Tech proudly offers flexible and efficient diagnostic services for non-Apple desktops and laptops. Our pricing is based on how quickly you need your device assessed, allowing you to choose the turnaround time that best fits your urgency: $20 Standard Diagnostic (Up to 3 business days) – Best for non-urgent issues $40 Next Business Day Diagnostic – Priority service for faster turnaround $60 Same-Day Diagnostic – Urgent, same-day assessment service (drop-off before 12 PM) Booking Instructions When booking this service, please first select your preferred service priority: Standard (3 Days), Next Day, or Same Day. If you have additional computers requiring diagnostic service, select the appropriate option under the "Additional Computers" section and enter the correct quantity. If you require operating system installation or upgrade services in addition to diagnostics, scroll down to the "Extra Services" section and select the applicable service. Available options include Linux OS Installation and Windows 11 25H2 Upgrade. Please enter the correct quantity for each selected service. Accurate selections ensure proper scheduling, resource allocation, and pricing. This service is ideal for individuals and organizations experiencing common technical issues such as: Devices failing to power on Unexpected system crashes System freezes Noticeably slow performance affecting productivity Forgotten passwords or login access issues Our team of certified IT specialists are trained to accurately diagnose the root causes of these problems. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report outlining the issue and recommended solutions to restore your device’s optimal functionality while helping you avoid unnecessary replacement costs. Please note, diagnostic fees cover the assessment only; repair services are quoted separately based on the findings. The selected diagnostic tier determines how quickly your device is assessed, ensuring transparent expectations from the moment you drop off your system. Cancellation Policy
Eco-Tech requires payment details to be collected upfront for all booking services to secure appointments due to increased no-shows, which disrupt operations by preventing the allocation of dedicated service time. Payment details are only used to charge in the event of a no-show or failure to attend a scheduled appointment. If the client attends their booking, no payment is processed through the booking system, and payment is collected in-store at the time of service completion. For all bookings, clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice, including no-shows, may result in a $20 cancellation fee only. The full service fee will not be charged in cases of no-show or late cancellation. This policy is intended to support efficient scheduling and fair allocation of service time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent and quality service.
