Eco-Tech Waterloo’s Hard Drive Shredding Service offers a secure and highly effective solution for the permanent destruction of sensitive data stored on hard drives and solid-state drives (SSDs). Utilizing industrial-grade shredding machinery, we ensure that all data is completely eliminated, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or recovery. As part of our commitment to transparency and client confidence, you have the option to observe the shredding process live. To ensure proper operation and maintain safety and efficiency, we can accommodate supervision for up to 250 drives per appointment. Attempting more than this per session is not feasible due to the high labor and machinery demands required for proper shredding. For larger quantities of drives, we are happy to provide custom rates and special arrangements to meet your needs while ensuring every drive is securely destroyed. This service is ideal for individuals, businesses, and organizations seeking certified, professional, and trustworthy data destruction with the option to witness the process firsthand.
Cancellation Policy
Eco-Tech now requires upfront payment to secure bookings due to increased no-shows, which disrupt operations by preventing the allocation of dedicated service time. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $20 cancellation fee and assist us in managing our schedule efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent and quality service.
