Service Description
Eco-Tech Waterloo proudly offers a highly efficient and reliable Supervised Shred Service specifically designed to facilitate the secure destruction of your confidential information. This invaluable service ensures that your documents are meticulously shredded into unrecognizable pieces, thereby guaranteeing maximum security and peace of mind regarding the protection of sensitive data. For a starting fee of $40, clients can reserve a spot to temporarily pause shredding operations, ensuring maximum security with the supervision of confidential document destruction. This service provides expedited processing, offering enhanced efficiency and convenience for individuals or organizations that prioritize the secure handling of sensitive materials. It is important to note that the aforementioned $40 fee covers the supervision of the shredding process for up to 10 bankers' boxes or 250 pounds. There is an additional surcharge of $1 for each extra bankers' box or 25 pounds to continue supervision. This fee is separate from Eco-Tech's per-pound shredding rate. For instance, shredding 4 bankers' boxes or 100 pounds would result in a total fee of $80, encompassing both the supervisory ($40) and shredding ($40) costs, enabling clients to effectively budget for this essential service.
Cancellation Policy
Eco-Tech now requires upfront payment to secure bookings due to increased no-shows, which disrupt operations by preventing the allocation of dedicated service time. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $20 cancellation fee and assist us in managing our schedule efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent and quality service.
