Warranty Coverage: Eco-Tech offers a 180-day or 365-day limited hardware warranty on eligible refurbished computers, laptops, gaming PCs, monitors, graphics cards, and accessories, as specified on the product listing or invoice.

Quality Assurance: Each refurbished product undergoes evaluation, testing, and thorough cleaning by our certified IT specialists to ensure functionality and reliability.

What’s Covered: The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including eligible hardware component failures, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or software-related issues. This includes operating system failures, corrupted software, driver conflicts, or systems that fail to boot following customer-performed software or driver updates.

Operating System Reinstallation: If a confirmed hardware failure covered by the warranty (such as a faulty storage drive) requires an operating system reinstallation, Eco-Tech will provide a clean operating system installation where applicable. This does not include data recovery, restoring personal files, reinstalling customer software, or recovering custom settings. Customers are responsible for backing up their data and software licenses and should perform their own due diligence to protect important files before any service or repair.

Warranty Claims: If you experience a potential hardware issue during the warranty period, please contact Eco-Tech with your order details and a description of the problem. Our team may perform diagnostic testing to determine whether the issue is hardware-related and advise on the next steps.

Our goal is to provide reliable refurbished technology and helpful support throughout your warranty period. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms and conditions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
