Service Description

Our Pickup Service provides secure, efficient, and cost-effective document shredding and business e-waste collection. Clients must select a vehicle option based on the volume of materials to ensure proper capacity and service. Document shredding is available for residential and business clients. E-waste pickup is available for business clients only. While weekend bookings may appear available, pickups are completed Monday through Friday only. All pricing is based on selected vehicle size, access conditions, and optional add-ons selected during booking. Service Requirements The starting rate applies to items located at ground level and within 25 feet of an accessible exit. Additional surcharges apply for extended distance or elevator access. Accurate selection of vehicle size, box quantities, and add-ons is required to ensure correct pricing at booking. All bookings are based on the information provided by the customer. If the actual materials collected differ from what was booked, a separate invoice will be issued based on confirmed quantities after pickup. Please ensure all details are accurate before booking. If unsure, contact us for assistance before booking. Booking Instructions 1 - Select the vehicle that best matches your load: Hybrid Vehicle (CA$80 – up to 10 boxes / 250 lbs), Pickup Truck (CA$120 – up to 36 boxes / 900 lbs), or 20-Foot Truck (CA$160 – up to 450 boxes / 12,000 lbs). 2 - Select applicable add-ons such as additional distance, elevator access, or Outside K-W surcharge if required. 3 - If you have boxes for shredding, select the number of shredding boxes for your pickup. Each box is $10 per 25 lb. box. Round up to the nearest whole number (e.g., 2.5 = 3). Refer to provided photos for visual reference. If no shredding is required, skip this step. 4 - Select optional recycling documentation if needed: Certificate of Recycling (No Serials) CA$20, or Serials on Certificate CA$10 per unit. 5 - Any services not listed in this booking menu (such as specialized destruction or processing) must be booked separately through the main service page. Payment & Adjustments Policy If there is any discrepancy between what was booked and what is collected, a separate invoice will be issued for the difference and must be paid online by manually re-entering payment details. The original payment method cannot be reused, so it is important to select the correct quantities and vehicle size when booking. If unsure, please call us before booking.


Cancellation Policy

Pickup bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. This fee applies per booking and is intended to cover scheduling and operational costs. No other service charges will be applied in the event of cancellation. Please note that all pickup bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the Pickup Service Description and Payment & Adjustments Policy, which require accurate selection of vehicle size, access conditions, and service add-ons at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
